Capacity tightening

United suspended · Delta & Southwest cut

United ended Houston–Havana on Sep 2, 2025. Delta halved Miami–Havana and suspended Atlanta–Havana through March 2026. Southwest cut Tampa–Havana from twice-daily to daily.

Feb–Mar 2026 fuel shortage

Refueling workarounds

Air Canada suspended service. Air Europa added a Santo Domingo tech stop. Aeroméxico and Viva Aerobus kept flying by fueling round-trips in Mexico.
